Our shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and we strive to provide transparent and reasonable pricing to our customers.Your satisfaction is our top priority!

 

We believe in clear and honest communication, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not, we're here to help. 

1. Eligibility for Returns 

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. 

  • Items must be in the original packaging. 

  • Sale items are final sale

  • We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date. 
     

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. 
     

3. Return Shipping Costs 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
     

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. 
     

5. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size. Exchanges are subject to availability.

6. Exempt Goods

  • Gift cards and final sale items are exempt from returns, refunds, or exchanges.
